3- Don't leave the scene of an accident even if you are capable to do so. Wait until the police is called and they determine if someone needs to come out and assess.
4- Don't blame the accident on anyone-including yourself, Give your full description to the officer, and then he will determine at fault or the insurance companies will.
5- Exchange information with the other driver, immediately note the color, license plate number, make and model of vehicle in case they refuse to give you any information. Also get pictures of all the parties involved vehicles.
6- Contact your insurance company claims number or my office to get a claim started.
